I got rhythm! You got rhythm. We all got rhythm!

I’ve studied the fascinating subject of Biorhythm Cycles, and have noticed a stunning correlation between my personal Biorhythm Cycles and my energy level, emotional state, and intellectual ability. An advantage of observing Biorhythm Cycles is that I can anticipate negative energies—my own and my family members’—and make allowances for our “lapses” during our “down” Cycles.

Better yet, I can plan for those times when I want to accomplish a great deal—either physically or intellectually—simply by waiting to begin arduous undertakings until my Physical, Intellectual, or Emotional Cycle is “up”—preferably all three simultaneously for the most successful results.

What Do Biorhythm Cycles regulate?

The Physical Cycle regulates hand-eye coordination, strength, endurance, sex drive, stamina, initiative, metabolic rate, resistance to, and recovery from illness. Surgery should be avoided on physical transition days and during negative physical cycles.

The Emotional Cycle regulates emotions, feelings, mood, sensitivity, sensation, sexuality, fantasy, temperament, nerves, reactions, affections and creativity.

The Intellectual Cycle regulates intelligence, logic, mental reaction, alertness, sense of direction, decision-making, judgment, power of deduction, memory, and ambition.

The Physical Biorhythm completes one cycle in 23 days.

The Emotional Biorhythm Cycle lasts 28 days.

The Intellectual Biorhythm Cycle lasts 33 days.

At mid-point and end-point in each cycle, they move back to zero point and change polarity. The day a cycle changes polarity is called a Transition Day. Transition Days are those times when you may feel a little off, or even have a downright "bad day". A Double Transition Day occurs when two of your Biorhythm Cycles transition on the same day. This day may prove quite difficult. A Triple Transition day is when three of your cycles transition on the same day.
